Chinese embassy in Grenada holds youth seminar

The Chinese Embassy in Grenada hosted a youth seminar on May 15, 2026. Yang Shu, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Grenada, young diplomats from the embassy, young representatives from China and Grenada, totaling about 30 people, attended the event.

The representatives from China presented topics such as the people-centered development philosophy, the political party system with Chinese characteristics, e-governance, the Five Programs for building a China-LAC community with a shared future, Chinese language learning, and agricultural cooperation.

Those from Grenada shared insights on China-Grenada agricultural cooperation and learning from China's development experience, expressing that this event deepened their understanding of China's policies and development path while enhancing the friendship between the two countries.

Ambassador Yang thanked the Grenadian youth for their active participation. He expressed China’s readiness to continue strengthening dialogue, mutual learning, understanding and trust with youth leaders in Grenada, so as to promote people-to-people connectivity.

The representatives from China actively engaged with their Grenadian counterparts in a lively and friendly atmosphere.
